Athlete Assessment Session – 23rd January 2016

SWF will be organising our Athlete Assessment Session on 23rd Jan 2015, starting from 1.30pm sharp. The venue will be our Training Centre at 58 Jalan Benaan Kapal.

Programme for the day:

* Weighing in and grouping for the Assessment Session (please report by 12.45pm)

* Athletes Assessment Session

Our Assessment Sessions is open to: a) athletes who are keen on being selected for overseas competitions (necessary for performance evaluation) and/or b) enthusiasts of the sport (to enrich your experience and help you define your benchmarks).

All athletes participating must have valid memberships (payments should be made prior to the Session), non-members may pay a day entry rate to participate in the evaluation.

If you are keen to find out more about the sport, this would also be an ideal occasion to visit to get a general feel and observe how the sport is practiced as competition protocols (timing, refereeing, athlete sequencing) are simulated during these sessions.
